I’ve been going to this bakery for years and it continues to be the best bakery in France for me. The service is wonderful and very friendly, the food is baked fresh every day and is very high quality, and it’s very affordable. It’s small and tucked away so there’s usually not a huge crowed so it’s nice and cozy. I’ve seen a lot of comments about the owner swindling customers when giving back change but I’ve never had any problems- I ordered 2 things this morning and I was given all my change back. 10/10 recommend this bakery it’s my favorite.- Type de repas

The best boulangerie on the Île Saint Louis! Love the "tradition" baguette and the croissants are delicious.. The guy who works at the counter is adorable 👌🏻🥖🥐

Outstanding local boulangerie and patisserie on the Île Saint Louis in the heart of Paris! Our baguette was exquisite and warm when we picked it up. The croissants au beurres were delicate and incredible as was the pain chocolat! Many other delicious pastries as well!

Great bakery , once we discovered the bakery, we came here every morning to get fresh baguettes another baked goods. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time at this bakery located in the heart of the island. It's a peaceful place to enjoy excellent pastries and sandwiches. In the summer, there’s a lovely little terrace. I highly recommend it.

I we came here today 10 years later and his son is now running it and helped us and was super nice and proud of the shop and they are still the very best croissants in Paris!!! An absolute must and my twin and I are picky AF when it comes to food and wine. I would not buy anything else there other than the baguettes and croissants especially when they are right out of the oven! It is worth the trip and the Ile St. Louis is a cool place to see. Also Berthillon Ice cream is the best in Paris and the main shop is there also.Visited in June 2023

My partner and I visited very morning for freshly baked croissants, coffee and a variety of pastries and treats - all were delicious and were a perfect way to start our day. Don’t be put off by bad reviews - we experiences none of the below at all - the staff were friendly and helped us to choose items based on my partners vegetarian requirements - I’d recommend!Visited in October 2021
